Holiday Bedroom Decorations
Holiday Bedroom Decorations and Living Room Tree
Welcome back to the second, and final, installment of the two-part holiday home tour. While we covered most of the holiday decor in the house last time, today I am revealing the holiday bedroom decorations and living room Christmas tree.
Holiday Bedroom Decorations
When I have the time, I enjoy setting up a tree in our main bedroom. This, along with simple holiday bedroom decorations, feels like a special retreat in here.
I was gifted this Vintage Distressed Rug by Mohawk Rugs and challenged to use it in my holiday bedroom decorations. Luckily, it is a timeless and neutral rug, so I was able to go a little over the top on the rest of the room.
The rug is gifted but the opinions are my own.
They also sent me a Mohawk rug pad as well. The pad has the following advantages.
You can see that I used citron and malachite on the bed. I also draped my bench in some Prada red leopard fabric that I recently purchased.
For the tree, I dipped into my stash of ostrich feathers. I’ve never used them in this room, but I have to say that they look pretty in here. The Mohawk Rug looks stunning too.
Holiday Tour- Living Room
Switching gears to our living room, you can see that I decorated the tree with natural elements this year.
You can see that I used sun-bleached magnolia branches, and paired them with burgundy accents.
Here is another change to the living room, a vintage Italian Tole Mirror. It was 100% a coincidence that the leaves match the tree, but I’ll take it 🙂
Keep Hopping!
